Susanne Schneider - Manager, Executive Search

With twenty years of business development and strategic analysis under her belt, Susanne Schneider has an ability to see the big picture, as well as the steps necessary to make that picture a reality. As Manager, Executive Search, Susanne focuses on executing and fulfilling searches, and providing clients with a seamless professional experience.

From the onset of her career, Susanne has been a troubleshooter and problem-solver. Her past successes in business planning and strategic

development show an ability to embrace change, manage relationships and identify key players in a variety of areas. Susanne applies these skills to her clients at Dowd Associates in order to anticipate her clients’ needs and find the perfect fit for every situation.

Susanne’s breadth of experience includes key positions in e-commerce, marketing, operations and financial analysis. Previously, Susanne worked with Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Viant Consulting, providing strategy consulting to Fortune 500 and start-up companies. Early in her career, Susanne worked in strategic planning and financial analysis for Walt Disney Company's home entertainment group. She received her BS in finance with high honors from the University of Illinois, and her MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Susanne lives in Pelham, NY, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She is also active in various education groups in the Pelham public schools.
